Projects

PLANWEL has started a model R&D project on Virtual University/distance Learning to evolve a solution by testing and perfecting it, which however, then could easily reach the masses not only in Pakistan but also extending over the region to neighboring and Central Asian countries. This has been achieved with the assistance of research institutions and institutions of higher learning in developed countries. To facilitate this, PLANWEL has established such a virtual site with necessary infrastructure, which will be available for the globalization of this educational system. This virtual site for distance learning is located at A-1, L.C.H.S, Block-20, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi-75290, Pakistan. PLANWEL has established the concept of first POP-Site for the Virtual University with its links to various other institutes of higher learning.

Research Collaborations

PLANWEL has been working with various leading international institutions of higher learning for delivering quality education to the masses. Here are a few links for more on PLANWEL’s research endeavors.

It is a privilege for PLANWEL that we were selected as runners up under the category "IT in all Forms of Education" which itself is an honor that an institution from a underdeveloped country was able to compete and finally stand along all the developed countries, in its endeavor for achieving quality education.
